Which VIP vehicle suits your trip?
VIP car hire here includes a driver, with vehicle choice guided by your comfort preferences and itinerary. The VIP label does not establish identical equipment in every vehicle. When comparing Istanbul chauffeur services, start with passengers, luggage and the type of journey.
Mercedes Vito VIP
A chauffeured Vito can be considered for families or small groups travelling together. Large suitcases, pushchairs and equipment matter alongside passenger numbers.
Mercedes V-Class
For a V-Class, specify the cabin layout and equipment you need. The model name alone does not guarantee seating, luggage space or particular features.
Premium sedans
Compare an E-Class, S-Class or BMW 7 Series for meetings or occasions. Confirm model availability and space for passengers and luggage together.
Mercedes Sprinter VIP
Consider a Sprinter VIP for a larger group. Confirm its actual seating layout, luggage area and access to the pickup location before booking.

Point-to-point transfer
Request a transfer when pickup and destination are fixed. For an airport transfer, share the flight number, terminal and destination; confirm meeting instructions separately.
Hourly hire
Consider hourly chauffeur hire for several stops or a short event. Confirm when chargeable time starts, waiting, minimum hire and overtime terms.
Daily service
For a day of meetings or visits, request daily car hire with a driver. Specify start/end times, route and stops, then confirm mileage. Daily hire does not mean unlimited time.
What determines your quote?
The quote depends on vehicle class, date, pickup and final destination, duration, stops, waiting and special requests. Check how fuel, tolls, parking, taxes, payment and cancellation are handled in writing. A single total does not necessarily include every charge.
Example quote request
“On [date] at [time], we need pickup from a Beşiktaş hotel, a meeting in Maslak, then Karaköy. We are four passengers with two large suitcases and one cabin bag. We prefer a Vito or V-Class and expect to finish around [time]. Please quote the total with waiting, tolls, parking and overtime terms.” This illustrates a request; it does not confirm capacity, availability or a fixed price.
Protocol and special arrangements
Mention diplomatic visits, special reception, language preferences, confidentiality agreements or equipment requirements early. Security services, CIP access, a dedicated coordinator, refreshments and a backup vehicle are not automatic inclusions. Any available arrangement and additional charge must be confirmed before booking.
Luggage and seating
Share adult/child numbers, suitcase counts and approximate dimensions. Specify child-seat or mobility-support requirements separately. Images are illustrative; confirm the assigned vehicle and layout in writing.
Meeting and confirmation
Confirm the exact address, pickup time, contact person and final stop. Airport meeting instructions are booking-specific. Requesting a quote does not complete a reservation; obtain the final service details and booking confirmation.
